Mr. Noboru Fujimoto mainly concentrates on litigation cases particularly in the fields of various industrial machinery and equipment, as well as various industrial designs. He handled more than 100 litigation cases since 1974, through which his firm enjoys a good reputation in this area. He also concentrates on negotiations for licensing and assignment of patent, design and trademark rights.
