Professional experience

I have over 40 years of experience in right acquisition regarding patents, including domestic and international patent applications and court cases. Served as both a member of the operating committee and an executive in JIPAC for more than 15 years.

Personality

I believe that IP disputes, due to their economical nature, should be directed first to ADR, for mediation and taken only to court, if necessary.
